Jacquard Procion MX dyes are prepared colour mixes which save time and ensure colour consistency when dyeing (the larger pots of Fibrecrafts Procion MX dyes are available in less colours but can be mixed to any colour and therefore more economical for larger projects). The fibre reactive Jacquard Procion MX dyes have all the attributes of concentrated procion dyes and as they are mixed in cold water, they can be used for shibori, batik and painting, The dyes can be applied using a dye bath, brush or spray bottle and are suitable for cotton and paper. Procion dye colours are fixed with soda ash and instructions are included on the pot
