With 2021 just over a week away, we will all be reflecting on the events of 2020. None of us would have imagined the disaster of the COIVD-19 pandemic; or the impact it has had on our lives.
George Weil & Sons Ltd has survived with grateful thanks to our patient customers and the loyal staff that run the business. Lockdowns have forced us to close the doors of the shop but the website has continued to bring orders. While some of our employees have had to work from home, the remaining staff have picked up the slack and, in the circumstances, have continued to provide outstanding customer service.
There is hope for the New Year and the future. We have all adapted to a life with constraints; we have become aware of how our behaviour affects others and how a little kindness can go a long way. The promise of effective vaccines is on the horizon.
