Cotton Linters are made from very short fibres and will create a smooth paper with strength, durability and permanence.
These linters contain partially beaten cotton fibres, formed into dry sheets that resemble 'blotting paper'. You simply tear it up, soak overnight and then blend with a food blender to create paper 'porridge'. As well as for papermaking, the pulp can also be used for papier mache effects and paper casting. 250g pack
