1 litre Diluant Concentre. Use this concentrated thinner to dilute the H Dupont Classique dye colours. The thinner (Diluant) makes dyes dissipate evenly throughout the diluted solution. It is recommended when painting backgrounds as brush strokes so that hard lines are less likely to occur.
Adding thinner to dye colours makes the colour more transparent which appears lighter or pastel when applied to the white silk.
To use, first add 40ml of thinner to 960ml of water (distilled water is best), this mixture can be added to the colours in any proportion you like to achieve colours of varying shades.
