The advantage of the triple drum carder is it takes only half as much turning to produce the same quality bat. It has a bat size of 8 x 22 inches, and is ideal for most types of fibers.
The drum carder is available in two comb sizes (Standard, 72/90 tpi stock code FS15510 and Fine, 90/120 tpi stock code FS15520) and includes a clamp for securing it to the table while working.
The overall size is 15 inches long (not including the 10 inch pull out wool tray), 17 inches wide and 10 inches high. The main drum or swift is 8.5 inches wide and 8 inches in diameter and the other two drums are 8.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches in diameter.
