Assorted colours of hand-dyed Silk Throwster’s Waste. A riotous version of a bad hair day, this silk fibre still retains the sericin which sticks the silk moth cocoon together. These coarse gummy fibres can be made into instant “paper” by pulling and spreading out onto a sheet of baking parchment, spraying with water, and placing another sheet of paper on top. The “sandwich” is then ironed for one minute to “glue” the fibre together. Includes 10g of each colour, 80g total weight.
