Silk Hankies consist of 25cm squares of silk fibre. Their frilly hems make them especially delightful for the experimental papermaker or embroiderer to exploit. Overlap layers to create an exciting transparency in textile art and papermaking. They can also be spun into a fine silky yarn.
The second image of an undyed silk hanky shows in better detail the gossamer layers. Please make your selection from the exciting colour range. Each 10g bag contains a good sized stack of these diaphanous squares.
Please note that these silk fibres are hand-dyed and will vary from batch to batch.
