Oil based and acrylic size and adhesives for gilding and illuminating. Acrylic Gold Size and or Oil Gold Size can be used on any non-absorbent or primed surface including canvas, wood panels, glass or metal. Surfaces can be prepared with Roberson Shellac Varnish or a gesso primer prior to applying the size. The Oil Gold size is suitable for exterior use.
Also includes Ormoline Gilding Medium, Water Gold Size and Gum Ammoniac for calligraphy and illumination on paper, velum and parchment, plus Improved Gold Body to create embossed designs
