Remove exposed Diazo photo emulsion from silk screens and screen printing frames after a completed print run.
First wash off any ink residue. In most common conditions in the UK add 1 measure of stencil remover concentrate to at least 20 measures of water. However in warm dry conditions this can be extended to 1 to 30 parts of water. Wet both sides of the screen with this liquid and scrub with a soft-bristled nylon brush. Leave for a maximum of 5 minutes, then wash away with a strong jet of water. Use eye protection and rubber gloves to protect hands.
Do not expose to temperatures below 8°C or above 35°C. The product is sensitive to frost.
