The lightweight, compact Ashford e-Spinner 3 is the smallest electric spinning wheel on the market. This electric spinning wheel is a good option for spinners who are not able to use a treadle, but also a neat and compact addition to any spinners’ treasured tool kit.
It has been designed with a quick and easy bobbin change with snap-in flyer bearing. The sliding hook flyer allows for convenient spinning and plying of yarns. It has frictionless yarn guides, a 15mm (5/8in) orifice and a reducer bush.
The quiet but powerful 12 volt DC 2.0 amp 70 watt motor has a soft start and infinite variable speeds from 0-1800 rpm, allowing all types of yarns to be spun.
Weighing just 2kg (4.4lbs), the Ashford e-Spinner 3 measures a compact 26 x 14 x 21.5cm (10¼ x 5½ x 8½ inches) and comes with its own padded carry bag (overall dimensions of wheel and accessories in bag: 44 x 19 x 25cm (17¼ x 7½ x 10 inches)).
