New Professional Cotton Canvas range from Winsor & Newton. This series of canvases have seen a marked improvement over their predecessors.
Each canvas is hand stretched over 42mm thick, kiln-dried, FSC approved heavy-duty pine wood stretcher bars. The perfect tension can be maintened using Winsor & Newtons new Pro-stretcher tool. If slack appears in the canvas, the Pro-stretchers can be inserted and adjusted using a screwdriver to vary the canvas tension.
The canvas material is 16.9oz/480gsm in weight, and prepared with highly pigmented titanium dioxide primer for superior coverage and performance. Each canvas is also archival and acid free.
For use with all forms of acrylic, oil and other mixed media applications. Available in a wide range of sizes.
