The 8 shaft 8 treadle Glimakra Julia Countermarch floor loom. The advantage of a countermarch loom over a counter balance loom is that the shafts are raised or lowered independently of each other.
At just 130cm high, 80cm deep and 78cm wide the Julia will fit into most homes without taking up too much space. The 67cm weaving width is ideal for weaving lengths of fabric for clothing and upholstery, shawls, table cloths and cushion covers.
