A second warp beam for the Louet Jane 40cm Table Loom.
An additional warp beam allows two warps at different tensions to be combined to make seersucker, or some collapse weaves using yarns with different elasticity, for supplementary warps and some pique. It can be used to combine warps of different lengths to create pleating in double weave, and can be used to set up two different types of warp – a plain beam and one set up for sectional warping
The second warp beam is delivered with a second back beam, attaching blocks, apron bars, lease sticks and warpsticks. It can be assembled in the floor stand or in the back of the main loom frame.
If the second warp beam is attached to the stand it provides increased weaving capacity, but prevents the loom from folding or being separated from the stand when a warp is in place.
