A black epoxy putty for restoring, and repairing cracks and scratches, in marble, antique clocks, ebonised wood, cast iron, slate, and basalt ceramics. The putty is also ideal for repairing guttering, automotive items and black plastic parts.
Milliput two-part epoxy putty is self hardening (even under water), non shrinking and sets like rock. It can be used for repairs on many types of materials including metals, plastics, masonry, wood, glass and ceramics and can be used in places where welding is impractical. The putty is highly adhesive to most materials, electrically insulating, and resistant to water, heat and chemicals.
Milliput moulds like putty and retains fine detail shaping with a smooth finish which can be improved by applying water to the surface with finger tips, a brush or finely woven cloth. In addition to its qualities for the repair of a huge range of materials, it is also used by sculptors, model makers, restorers and jewellery makers.
Once hardened, Milliput can be cut, drilled, sanded and painted. It can be tinted with pure pigment powder which can be blended in during the mixing of two-part epoxy putty, taking care not to affect the consistency by adding too much. Packet contains 2 x 56·7g
