A Mould Killer to prevent fungal and bacterial growth on paper pulp and water based printing inks. The solution is considered safe to use, and is commonly found in food as a preservative E211.
Make a weak acidic solution by mixing 10ml of vinegar to 1 litre of warm water. Add 1g or a ‘small pinch’ of Mould Killer and stir well.
The solution should be added to wet paper pulp. With printing inks or binders, a thin layer is floated over the surface before returning the container to store.
